1. How Long will it take to process our order?

We normally do the next day service if you account is updated.

2. How long does it take to deliver to our store?

It normally takes one or two days for a small parcel less than 5kg, otherwise it takes 3-4 days.

Anyhow it willl mainly depend on Courier Company.

3. Will I get my order processed and delivered if I have an overdue account?

No, you will get your order delivered once you have updated your account.

4. How do we deal with the faulty products?

We suggest our customer to keep them aside and wait for our Sales Rep to come to pick up and credit for you.

5. Do we get our postage reimbursed if we send back some of your stock for credit?

We pay only for what we mutually agreed.  

6. What do you do about our backorders?

We only process backorders within 2 months free of  freight if we get the stock back.

7. How do we open an account and place an order?

You are most welcome to register online first, and place your order once we've confirmed your registration which will take max. 48hr. 

8. Do we need to pay before delivery as a new customer?

Yes, you need to pay the Proforma Invoice before we deliver the stock to you for the fisrt order. But you can pay on/by 20th of the following month from your 2nd order onwards.
